Agreement and scope

These terms govern your use of the EV Fit Garage website and catalog. By browsing the site you agree to this page and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The public storefront is currently browse-only. You may review vehicle hubs, categories, and product pages, but purchasing and payment are not active. No contract of sale is formed until checkout is enabled by the operator and you complete a paid order through the payment provider we then disclose.

Independent aftermarket retailer

EV Fit Garage is an independent aftermarket accessories retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partners of Tesla, Inc. “Tesla” and vehicle model names (including Model 3, Model Y, Highland, and Juniper) are used only to describe compatibility. Tesla marks belong to their owners.

Catalog information and fitment

We aim to describe products and compatibility accurately using supplier evidence and our own editorial notes. Many listings are labeled Supplier-Claimed: fitment has not been independently verified on a vehicle by this store. Vehicle designs change within a model year and across refresh generations; you are responsible for comparing the product page with your exact vehicle before any future purchase or installation.

Prices, media, stock labels, titles, and descriptions may change while the catalog is browse-only. Catalog prices are listing prices for browsing — not a binding offer until checkout is live.

Shipping intent (not a live quote)

When purchasing opens, orders are intended to ship from a warehouse / supplier network in China to primary United States destinations. We do not operate a US domestic warehouse and we do not claim same-day or free two-day US ground shipping from US stock. Timing ranges, duty/customs caveats, and destination limits are stated on Shipping. Those ranges are estimates only — not a guaranteed delivery date or DDP promise.

Returns intent

Return and refund rules are not operational while checkout is closed. The intended policy once purchasing opens is described on Returns. That page is forward-looking and does not create a present right to return a non-existent paid order.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that degrades service, or use catalog content to misrepresent affiliation with Tesla, Inc. or with EV Fit Garage. We may suspend access that threatens security or integrity of the service.

Intellectual property

Site design, original product photography remakes, and editorial copy on this domain belong to EV Fit Garage or its licensors. Supplier-sourced imagery used as evidence remains subject to its original rights. You may not copy catalog pages wholesale for a competing storefront.

Disclaimer and limitation

The browse-only catalog is provided “as is” for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EV Fit Garage disclaims warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular installation outcome. Nothing on this site is professional legal, tax, or vehicle-modification advice.

When checkout later opens, additional payment, tax, and merchant-of-record terms will be published before any paid order is accepted. Those transactional terms will control the sale.
