Is purchasing open?

Not yet. EV Fit Garage is currently browse-only. You can review fitment, categories, and product pages, but checkout and payment are not active. No order can be placed until the operator enables purchasing. Catalog prices and stock labels may change before launch.

How do I know a part fits my car?

Use the product page compatibility notes and the vehicle hubs (for example Model 3 Highland, Model Y Juniper, or Shared 3&Y). Refresh generations matter — a part for an older Model 3 may not fit Highland, and the same is true for Juniper vs earlier Model Y. When in doubt, match the exact model year and refresh named on the product page before you buy (once purchasing opens).

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

Fulfillment is planned from a China warehouse / supplier network to primary US destinations. We do not operate a US domestic warehouse and we do not claim same-day or free two-day US ground shipping from US stock.

Intended ranges when purchasing opens (estimates only, not guarantees): processing about 1–3 business days, transit often about 7–15 business days, door-to-door roughly 8–18 business days. Peak seasons, remote ZIP codes, or customs holds can take longer. Full detail: Shipping.

Who pays customs, duties, or brokerage fees?

Cross-border parcels may incur import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Unless we have verified and published a duty-paid (DDP) service for a specific order, the buyer may be responsible for those charges. We do not claim that duties are prepaid or included in the product price. See Shipping.

What is your returns policy?

Because purchasing is not active, no transactional return or RMA process is operating yet. When checkout opens, we intend a 30-day window for most accessories (unused / resalable for preference returns; defects handled with photos). Who pays return shipping depends on fault. Do I need a shop to install these accessories?

Most items in this catalog are intended for DIY / enthusiast install with common hand tools, following the product page notes. Some pieces (for example adhesives, trim clips, or screen films) need care and a clean workspace. We do not publish a universal labor warranty or shop-install guarantee. If a listing mentions professional install, follow that note.

Are you affiliated with Tesla?

No. EV Fit Garage is an independent aftermarket retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Vehicle model names are used only to describe compatibility.
